This also allows for a quicker response time to issues based on user feedback. From submission to resolution, every issue is tracked end-to-end, with a full history of feedback available to help identify patterns and drive continuous improvement. To close the loop, housekeepers can submit digital verification cards upon completing cleaning tasks — keeping every job accountable and on record.
